Story
The Company and Management
Dr. Ahrens is an orthopedic spine surgeon with a vast experience in surgical practice, reimbursement (DRG) and organizational/ financial management of a hospital. Moreover, he has additional medical device business experience from his qualification as MBA, founding a previous company and developing and patenting several medical devices.
The company was joined by technical and regulatory experts who were able to transform the ideas into products and manufacturing them under the new highly restricted medical legislation MDR (medical CE).

Most recently Alexander Kohtz completed the management team with a focus on business administration, marketing and sales. He joined SURGITENT after successfully establishing and growing 2 subsidiaries of international med-tech companies in Germany.
